Your photo is too dark. Try "automatic contrast enhancement" in Photoshop or similar....

Hi Wadthehell,

In life, there are times you would face with some unreasonable people who is too zealous to get their job doe, and indirectly hurts you.
Think in the positive sense, thank her for her comments, but politely tells her that you will try your best, but please be patience with you.
Just remember to go back to her, and show that you really mean what you said.
Apology is a form of respect, and pay more attention to her instruction.
I have confidence that you will be able to put things right.
